pleasant experience but room for improvement
The staff consistently showed friendliness and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The cot we requested exceeded our expectations and was the most comfortable we have ever used.
While the stay was enjoyable overall, the room could benefit from a bit more soundproofing.

missingWrote a review on 15 Julfriendly staffexcellent breakfastdismissive servicecheck-in issueslack of acknowledgment
Friendly staff provided a very accommodating experience, and the breakfast options were plentiful, featuring locally caught fish which was a delightful surprise. The room was clean and spacious, highlighted by a huge walk-in shower with impressive water pressure. However, checking in was stressful due to a dismissive service experience, and there were issues with recognizing our Hilton Honors status. This overshadowed some positives, making it a mixed stay overall.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed a pleasant night in a spacious Queen Room with my family. The staff were welcoming, but the breakfast selection lacked variety. A highlight was the cleanliness of the room, which made for a cozy atmosphere. Future guests should arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush.
